An issue of this magazine devoted to architecture, covering many recent and proposed projects, with this month focusing on apartment projects (but also containing designs for a processing plant, hospitals, etc.). Of note is a two page spread of designs by noted Austrian-American Modernist architect Richard Neutra for cooperative apartments near the Sierras. GOOD condition. Minor fading, toning, soiling and scuffing to the covers. Lower spine chipped. Good .

We will ship the book upon receipt of payment.
We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

We accept Paypal, cashier's check or money order (they must be drawn on US funds). Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
