With original black and white lithographs by Ernst Huber. All text in German. Part of the Plantin Prints series by this publisher. Paul Knepler, perhaps better known as a musician and librettist, bought this Viennese bookstore and publishing house in the early 1900's, eventually handing it to his brother to pursue his music career. This text features lithographs by the noted Austrian artist Ernst Huber. A tale of jealousy from an aging doge to his young wife. VERY GOOD condition with minor fading and wear to the extremities. A few minor scuffs to the rear cover. Minor toning to the paper. Ill.: Ernst Huber. Very Good/No Jacket.

We will ship the book upon receipt of payment.
We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
