The book is in Very Good- condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book covers have some light bumping, rubbing and edge wear. There are several spots of discoloration and finger dirt to the covers. The spine ends have some beginning tearing. The text pages are clean and bright, with the exception of several handwritten (pencil) notations for playing. There are four or so pages of historical photographs of Foster's home, some of his handwritten lyrics and family.
