This complete system of self-treatment for refractive and other eye troubles combines the naturopathic approach to health with a noted opthalmologist's system of eye-improvement training. Reader review - I read this book when i first needed to get glasses and although i didnt follow his recommendations to the letter, the optician told me on a subsequent visit that he had expected my eyes to deteriorate even further and they hadn't. I put it down to this man. Excellent book. Used: Acceptable.
