Contents clean apart from library stamps on title page, Reference Library label on front paste down, and '25p.' written in top corner of f.f.e.p. I aim to please! I describe every fault, tiny tear & blemish in a book, because I would like the customer to be pleased & content with their purchase. Some have been surprised that their book is actually better than they thought it would be! I scan most books, & if requested can send more. If a customer finds a book ordered from me is not as described, then within 14 days he can return it for a full refund, but only if I consider its in the same condition as when I posted it. He must have proof of posting, & should also notify me first.
