The 6 Hanovarian ladies are The Electress Sophia, Sophia Dorothea of Zell, Caroline of Anspach & her daughters, Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, Caroline of Brunswick, and Adelaide of Saxe-Meiningen. 342 pages. 7 b. & w. portraits of the ladies described, the first has a tissue guard. Nice copy and near fine, no inscription or marks, but endpapers are foxed. Top edges are slightly dusty and 1 portrait is loose, otherwise pages are clean & contents firm & tight. 22.25cm. x 14.5cm. No d./w. 1898
