The four volumes bound in the publisher's cloth, the head of volume 3 chipped, the last odd part in original wrappers a little chipped. Presentation copy inscribed by the editor "W.D. Macrae from the Editor John Eglington Bailey (Dec 1888)." The last odd part is rarely found.
