Mykola Prykhodko (1904 - 1980) was a Ukrainian author and educator. He was a professor at the University of Kiev, when in 1938 he was arrested by the NKVD and sent to a concentration camp in Siberia for 3 years, one of 15 million Ukrainians, who were tortured and imprisoned without a trial. After his release, Prykhodko escaped to Germany, where he spent time at a DP camp, and then to Canada, where he lived and worked until his death. His current book was his first memoir. Good .
