Original panelled calf dec boards, neatly rebacked at some time (binder's ticket Riley, Dunn & Wilson) with raised bands and gilt title. A very comprehensive work, Part I is general chemistry. DNB - 'Quincy practised medicine as an apothecary and physician in London d.1722'. A nice copy of a scarce text. Very Good.
