The bottom edge of the dust jacket is lightly chipped. Its top edge is creased & chipped with a piece out of the head of the spine & a tear to the rear panel. There is a small area of soiling to its front flap & a light coffee cup ring to its front panel. [vi] & 95 pages. Illustrations in black & white and color and 1 black-and-white plate [caricatures by the author]. Very good in a good dust wrapper. First edition. Inscribed by the author on the front endpaper and signed "Victor". Hungarian-born architect Victor Bohm came to the United States in 1939. He is well known as a specialist in medical and commercial buildings. He is a pioneer student of psychology in relation to architecture. The foreword to the book is by Richard Neutra. Good .
