The binding is lightly rubbed; the covers are bumped with a very light stain to the rear cover; the spine & gilt titling are somewhat faded. xiii & 221 pp. B&W frontispiece, full-page B&W illustrations & textual B&W illustrations & diagrams. There are tears to or small pieces out of the edges of a few pages where they have been roughly opened, 2 bottom page corners are creased & there is scattered foxing. Good.

USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.
INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD. Items requiring insurance as well as larger and heavier books and multi-volume sets may cost more. We will contact you for your approval when additional shipping is required.
