Both wraps are detached at the head & tail of the spine. 23 pages. The rear blank is foxed & darkened, else the contents are very good.

The Governor reports on military matters, the census, education, immigration, Central Park, etc. Very good .

Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
