The binding is lightly bumped & the gilt titling on the spine is faded. There are a few small, very light stains to the front cover. xv & 335 pages. The top edges of the prelims & of a few rear leaves are rippled & there is light soiling to the introduction page. There is a small stain to the front edge of the half-title. Black-and-white photographic plates, including a frontispiece, & textual illustrations by the author. Very good.

Later printing. The attractive, rustic bookplate of Tallmadge Swift is mounted on the front pastedown. Very good .

USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.
INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
