Some discolouration of paper in a few gatherings; slight marginal damp stains in first few leaves. Title-page creased. Contemporary limp vellum with two leather ties. **** A treatise on royal rights and privileges written by a Catalan jurist and Professor at the University of Huesca, whose other legal works included a treatise on maritime law and a commentary on Roman wills. Various ownership inscriptions relating to a 17th-century Barcelona lawyer, Antonio Arajol; a heavily deleted (and unread)ownership inscription in lower margin of title-page. Palau 269184.
