Oxford, Clarendon Press. 1882. Hardcover. Vol 2 only, of two. 'Relating to the control and improvement of rivers and the design, construction and development of canals.' Dark brown cloth worn and a little marked, with splits to the spine and wear to top and tail now mended with japanese paper, black eps, name dated 1885 to half title, 21 fold-out plates all present and in good condition though with a little neat taping, edge-wear, foxing and grubby marks, sound, good. Good.
