French mould made Ingres gray paper over the boards and a white parchment-paper spine, with titles in red; red end-papers are from the Fabriano mill (Allen,No. 17, p.41) Ancona Province, Italy. A near fine copy. Also has embossed calling card of Mrs. Frank Hamilton Short in original envelope laid in. Note: F.H. Short [1862-1920] was a prominent lawyer in Fresno, California and also served on the State Board of Comissioners for the Preservation of Yosemite Valley. Very Good .
