Printed for the Company of Stationers, [London, 1785] approx. 2 1/4 ins x 1 1/4 ins; original red morocco with "Venetian" ornament (vertical onlays or strips of narrow blue and cream leather, richly gilt), marbled endpapers, all edges gilt, in a similar slip-case; collation; "The Almanack explained" page (stuck back-to-back to marbled front free endpaper), followed by 4-page engraved view of the Bank of England, Threadneedle Street, 18 engraved pages, and a final engraved page stuck back-to-back to marbled rear free endpaper; spine rubbed in top half, four pages (one gathering) detached; slip-case rubbed in some places and a little dull, with loss of parts of some of its onlays. The pattern on the slip-case is of slightly broader vertical lines of leather in the same colours as the Almanack.
