Small 8vo. Pp. xvi (incl. one blank leaf), 64. With text in Pali written in Burmese script within woodcut ornamental border throughout. With one folding engraved plate signed G. Expilly. Near contemporary half calf on tree marbled boards, spine decorated in gilt and with title label. Beautiful decorated endpapers. Bookplate. Second edition (first 1776) of the first work to be printed with Burmese characters.
