Postcard with picture of small girl with bow in her hair, her skirts hitched up and her hands in the pockets of her bloomers, a cigarette in her mouth, captioned "Father wanted me to be a boy!" / "Papa voulait que je suis un garcon!" Published Inter-Art Co. Red Lion Square, Twelve-Sixty-Two" series, no. 1264. Sent to his sister by Sgt. George Palmer, with the BEF in Rouen. Sadly there is a small tear on one side, about half an inch, only affecting the background. Fairly Good/No Jacket.
