A testament to the art of the scribe the book is dated 1750 the 543 page book of exercises in piety and prayers and meditations on different subjects is beautifully done in a fine calligraphic hand and beautiful embellishments in gold and gilt throughout. Stunning and very well kept with hardly a blemish save for some rubbing to the leather cover and some small splits to the foot of the spine.
