The boards are sl. bumped at the tips. The front endpapers are curiously mottled - probably a production error from not cleaning the rollers properly (the rear endpapers are unmarked). Else, in very good, to near fine, condition. There is a one inch chip to the top left of the front panel of the original dust jacket. Some slight chipping to spine ends and folds. Spine and rear panel a bit darkened. Else, in good condition. Post was the author of numerous mysteries, including 'Uncle Abner, Master of Mysteries'. This is his only horror novel. .
