Hardcover, two volumes bound in tan cloth with a gilt device on the front covers and titled in gilt on the spine, with a green silk bookmark. The top edges are gilt. The spines are lightly bumped with minor bubbling to that of the first volume. The covers are very slightly soiled. 574 deckle-edged pages; and viii & 635 deckle-edged pages plus a 4-page catalog of the first 100 books in the series. A previous owner's name and address is penned on the front pastedown of each volume. Very good. First edition thus. The Unit Library Nos. 8 and 9, printed by F. W. S. Clarke, Ltd. Leicester. USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.
INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD. Items requiring insurance as well as larger and heavier books and multi-volume sets may cost more. We will contact you for your approval when additional shipping is required.
