Gilt spinal titles mostly worn away. Clean and tight throughout, with moderate corner wear, light soiling to page edges and very modest edge - nearly indetectible! Quality Reproduced COPY of Town Map from 1888 in pocket on inside of rear board. A wonderful copy overall, with many unique photos of East Weare Village prior to and after the devastating floods of 1938 that resulted in the 1960's US Army Corps of Engineers flood control project that wiped that village off the map.. Very Good+ with no dust jacket.
