Compartments decorated with playing cards Alice carrying the Pig, The Queen of Hearts and Mad Hatter devices. Decorative gilt inner dentelles. Marbled endpapers. All edges gilt. Original publishers cloth spine and front board, decorated with a gilt stamped March Hare, bound in at the rear.
