November 10th, 1934. 1934. - An unevenly cut slip of gray paper [approximately 1-7/8 inches high by 4-1/4 inches wide] is signed "Archie Binns / Nov. 10,1934." The paper is unevenly darkened. There is unrelated text printed on the verso with 2 small pieces of tape where the autograph has previously been removed from an album. Good. Archie Binns [1899-1971] was an American author who graduated from Stanford University in 1921. Though strongly influenced by his upbringing in the Pacific Northwest, he moved in the 1920s to New York where his editor at Charles Scribner's Sons was Maxwell Perkins. He returned to the Northwest in the 1940s and taught creative writing at the University of Washington, Western Washington State College and Skagit Valley College. He wrote novels, histories and biographies. Good .

USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.
INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD. Items requiring insurance as well as larger and heavier books and multi-volume sets may cost more. We will contact you for your approval when additional shipping is required.
