Front quarter soiled, with a couple of small holes, otherwise very clean. Indenture between Henry Howe, Colchester, Hay and Straw Merchant and Herbert George Munson, Colchester , Currier (Leather), one part, and Mark Joslin, Colchester, Commercial Clerk (Trustees for the Albert Edward Lodge No. 6032 Bury St. Edmunds District of the Independent Order of Oddfellows Manchester Unity Friendly Society. Six pieces of land on Canterbury Road, part of the Military Road estate, St. Botolphs, Colchester. A further memorandum is added dated 12th October, 1996, stating transfer of land to: Charles H. Marsden; Percy H. Chapman; William Godfrey; Robert Godfrey; Walter Long; John Smith; Thomas Cocker the younger; and Herbert J. Russell.
