Paris, Gruel, 18XX. 394 p. Contemporary Velvet with silver fittings and clasps, gilt-edged and gauffered text block, 8° 14,5 x 10 x 2,7 cm. (The velvet fabric on one side of the spine is split. French catholic church book, illustrated with multiple attractive coloured lithographs and several prints between the text. Bound in a special velvet binding richly decorated with silver. The silver fittings consisting of a broad four-sided border around the front and back cover, a head and tail band, title on spine, a crowned monogram on the front cover and two clasps. The silver monogram spells 'LS' as the Missel was owned by Louise de Gramont, a noblewoman from France. It was gifted to her as a wedding present by Magdalena Sophie Barat (1779-1875) also known as Madame Barat, fondatrice du Sacre Coeur. Terms of Sale

1. All books are complete and in a good condition, unless otherwise stated.
2. Prices are in euros, excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Within The Netherlands always free shipping.
3. For the European union, the VAT laws are applicable. All prices are including 6% VAT. If you have a VAT number, please led us know when you send your order.
Shipping, bank and cheque costs will be billed at costprice.
After ordering a book, you will receive the total price by email.
4. Books must be paid in advance. Institutions, libraries, and known customers can pay by invoice.
5. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by Paypal.
6. The ownwer of the delivered books is the seller, until the books are fully paid.
7. The risk of shipping of the ordered books is for the seller. The seller has the privilege to assurance the shipped books. This costs will be accounted to the buyer.
8. Each purchase can be returned within 7 days after reception, without proper stated reason. The seller highly appriciates an acknowlegdement of this before by email. The price of the books (without the shipping and insurance corsts) will be paid back in 30 days.
9. If the return is a cause of an incomplete description, all the shipping and insurance costs will be paid back. The returned books must receive the seller in the same condition as they are send. The risk of the return shipments are for the sender.


Verkoopvoorwaarden

1. Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede conditie, tenzij anders aangegeven.
2. Prijzen zijn in Euro's en exclusief verzendkosten, binnen Nederland altijd gratis verzending.
3. Voor Nederland en de Europese Unie, zijn de BTW wetten van toepassing.
Alle prijzen zijn inclusief 6% BTW. Als u een BTW nummer hebt, laat dat ons weten op het moment dat u een order verstuurd.
Verzendkosten bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email.
4. Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling. Aan instellingen, bibliotheken en bekende klanten kan eventueel met met factuur worden geleverd.
5. Betaling kan geschieden via bank- of giro-overschrijving of via Paypal.
6. Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
7. Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper.
8. Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (excl.verzendkosten). Terugbetaling dient te geschieden binnen 30 dagen.
9. Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd.
Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
