IDS, 8" X 10", n.p. n.y. [ca. 1960]. Near fine. Original pencil sketch by an unknown artist, a nicely executed head-and-shoulders portrait of a smiling Allen with a bandana around his neck, with "Rex Allen / 'The Arizona Cowboy'" pencilled beneath. Just left of center, Allen signs huge and bold in blur ballpoint. Undated but circa 1960, the height of his fame. .
