It appears that this volume was seldom, if ever taken out at the library. This is a bound reprint of the magazine "ARCTIC" from 1949, issues 1, 2 and 3. Issue 2 includes extensive fold-out maps detailing the areas of permafrost in Canda and the average mean temperature of the area of Canada and the Arctic.. Good+ .
