A perfectly serviceable reference copy; nothing fancy, but complete and sturdy, bound in an oblong hardcover format, sharp and distinct gilt lettering to cover and spine, moderate fading or mottling of the brown cloth at cover, but neither spine nor rear panel. Some bleed-through from glue at rear paste-down, else bright and unmarked of interior. An unusual format indeed. Each of the 26 black-and-white and full color plates are full-page and then captioned opposite in a fine calligraphy; verso the text page is a black-and-white illustration at right bottom. I've done my best to state clearly and truthfully the condition of each and every book I have listed on-line. Sometimes, however, books change condition insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers, get taken to and from book fairs, and so on. Most orders will ship within one to two business days, but often times, they will go out on the same day as they are ordered. I've based my shipping costs on the assumption of books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized (extra thick, extra long, etc.), I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Bubble mailers and boxes will be expertly and securely wrapped and monitored. Please contact us if there is anything extra or different you need us to do.

Return policy;
If for some reason you don't like your purchase or it arrives somehow damaged, or if it doesn't get to you at all, you might be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
