A perfectly serviceable reference copy; nothing fancy, but complete and sturdy. Green paper, printed, over boards, with black lettering to cover and spine. Dust jacket present, Brodart-protected, but moderately worn and toned, and a bit soiled along bottom edges. Published in First Edition state by George Braziller, New York, 1967, and with the incomparable Leonard Baskin as illustrator including of the dust jacket itself.
