"Madame Susanna Avery started to write down her recipes in May, 1688. They vary from homemade wines and preserves, through baking to herbal remedies and even beauty products. The ingredients were based on what was cultiated in her own kitchen garden.." 17.5cms x 12cms x 1.5cms. Pp.xxvi/98, illustrated endpapers, bookplate with 'Special Editon No.5' and signed by Hannah Salisbury (Marchioness of Salisbury) and Lesley Stuttard (Lady Stuttard) pasted to title page, inscribed by Hannah Salisbury to reverse of front free endpaper. Payment

Customers will realise that credit card payments are processed at this end in UK pounds sterling and debited to their own accounts at the current rate of exchange.
Return of goods
Every care has been taken with the description of all books listed. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the books promptly for a full refund of the invoice value. We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions.
Postage
Postage will be charged extra; for both home and abroad deliveries.

Packages sent to U.K. addresses will go first-class unless otherwise agreed.
Packages sent overseas can be sent by surface-mail or airmail.
