Double columned text. A short biography of John Charles Fremont, recalling his expeditions to California and Oregon, his military actions, and mentioning his campaign for president. Presumably this piece was published as a promotional biography for his 1856 campaign for president. FAIR condition. Math calculations worked out in pen and pencil on the front cover, with some writing and signatures. Heavy creasing and curling along the extremities, with some chipping and tearing. Scattered foxing and soiling. Rear corner torn. Fair .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
