First edition, 4to (237 x 180 mm), [8], 46, 59-62, 71-74, [4], 31-50, 57-60, 75-77, [1]pp., without final advert leaf, erratic pagination but collates as the British Library copy, 'table of the diseases of patients' closely shaved to lower and fore-edge (effecting text in both instances), recent calf-backed marbled boards, morocco spine label lettered in gilt. Dr Millar's observations relating to the relief of the sick were presented to the General Meeting of the Governors of Westminster General Dispensary in December 1776 and published in March of 1777. ESTC gives 3 locations in the UK (BL, Glasgow, Queen's University Belfast) and 1 copy in North America (National Library of Medicine).
