New York, Universe Books. 1986, First Edition. (ISBN: 0-87663-889-2). Pictorial Wrapper (softcover), 4to. Exhibition Catalogue, 118 pages; 60 b&w text illustrations; 47 color catalogue plates. The book and the exhibiton were outgrowths of the authors' work on Sargent's catalogue raisonné and their effort to properly organize Sargent's chronology covering this period. Broadway is due west of London, about in the center of England. Bottom margins of the last 60 pages are damp-wrinkled, not affecting text or illustrations. Very Good.
