London, Logographic Press. 1789. Hard Cover, 8vo. Livre, 456 pages; Hardcover with marble paper boards and leather spine and corners. Boards are scratched and some of the marble paper is missing. Front board is completely detached from body of book. This is an ex-library book with one sticker on the spine, another one inside the front board. There's an ink stamp on the title page and a perforation stamp on the title pages and 2 subsequent pages, on pages 97 and 99 as well as 453 and 455 (which are the last 2 pages). Front endpapers are missing. Paper is in very good condition, still supple and with minimal spotting. Body of book is solid with no loose pages. Poor condition. Poor/No Jacket.
