Orignal pictorial boarsd in red with yellow titles, image of an aeroplane rapidly decending wtih pilot and passenger looking tense, the binding shows signs of wear and use but is generally clean and tight, some damp spotting to rear board, corners slightly bowed, spine faded but title and image fully discernable, no inscriptions, internally clean and fully readable, 156 pages, the last two are gently nibbled to the outer top corner, this does not interfere with the text, black and white frontipiece ''The hangar was already ablaze, ' eight illustrations in black and white including the frontispiece, the illustrator is not credited but from the signature it seems to be Guy Lipscombe. An Adventure Story which, from the illustrations, looks very exciting. A nice intriguing sub-title!. Good .
