Collated, complete. Isabella Beeton was an English journalist, editor and writer who is particularly associated with her first book, 'Mrs Beeton's Book of Household Management&apos. With eighteen pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear of 'Cookery', sixteen pages to 'Gardening', and twenty-four pages to 'Medical&apos. In the original cloth bindings. 'Cookery' rebacked, with original cloth for the boards and spine laid down. Externally, smart, with rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Chips to the original cloth of 'Cookery&apos. Hinges to 'Medical' held by cords only and front hinge to 'Gardening' is starting, but firm. Marks to the boards. Internally, generally firmly bound, with binding tender in places to 'Medical&apos. Pages are generally bright and clean, with offsetting to the endpapers.
