The first volume of the R. S. Surtees Society's edition combines in a single volume Gronow's Anecdotes of the Camp, the Court and the Clubs at the Close of the Last War with France and Recollections and Anecdotes. Based on the limited edition of 1889 and with 17 full-page colour plates, with thirteen colour plate illustrations from designs by Joseph Grego. The second volume combines Celebrities of London and Paris and Last Recollections with twelve colour plates. Collated, complete.  In the publisher's original binding.
