- 100 Prints of the Year 1962

New York, NY, Society of American Graphic Artists, 1962. Softcover. Duotone illustrated cover with white text. Unnumbered pages. Features bw illustrations. "This is the first '100 prints of the year' show to be held since the early thirties. All prints selected for this exhibition were created in 1962. We intend to make this an annual event. The remarkable depth and expression of American printmaking is revealed through an inventive variety of approaches, techniques and subject matter, ranging from the deeply embossed intaglio prints and those which use new and unusual materials to the simplest and most direct woodcut or lithograph. The increasing restraint in the use of color is evident throughou the show and especially in the prize prints chosen by the jury of awards. VG, minor wear to spine of wraps, all else excellent .
