This collection is comprised of the following: 'La Philosophie De Goethe', (1880), the second edition, written by E. Caro. 'La Morale' (1880), by Paul Janet. 'Cours De Morale à l'Usage des Écoles Normales Primaires' (1881), the first edition, by Paul Janet. 'La Fin du Dix-Huitième Siècle' (1881), in two volumes, the second edition, written by E. Caro. 'M. Littré et le Positivisme' (1883), the first edition, written by E. Caro.'Les Contemporains Etudes et Portraits Litteraires' (1886-7), in three volumes, comprised of the eighth, sixth and third edition, written by Jules Lemaitre. Bound in half calf with marbled boards. Externally, very good, with slight rubbing to extremities and the odd mark to boards. Hinges are slightly strained but holding firm. Internally, firmly bound.
