Written by Pierce Egan, a British journalist, sportswriter, and writer on popular culture. In the original quarter green cloth with pictorial paper covered boards. Externally, sound with rubbing and light chipping resulting in light loss to the extremities. Hinges failed with textblock detached from the binding. Internally, firmly bound.
