Visible fold in the middle and edges frayes and with a blue stain in the right side.Decorative map with Lithuania in the west and Bulgary in the right side. North Nvogorod and south: Petite Tartarie.[NL] Decoratieve kaart van het zuidelijk deel van het voormalige Grootvorstendom Moskou (Muscovy) dat later het kerngebied werd van het Russische Rijk. 18e eeuwse Gravure van de beroemde Franse cartograaf Guillaume de L'Isle, gecorrigeerd en aangevuld door de gebroeders R & J. Ottens te Amsterdam. Met steden als Moscou (Moskou), Kijow (Kiev), Smolensk, en de regio’s van de Cosaques (Kozakken), etc. De naam Moscovie werd door westerse cartografen gebruikt voor Rusland tot plm 1700.
