The report is in Very Good- condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The covers of the book have noticeable wrinkling, tearing and general handling. There is some pulling of the front cover at the staples. The text pages are clean and bright. This report covers the information the committee hears regarding the incident from the summer of 1975 where it was found that a sewer line had broken and was spewing human waste into Crater Lake for several months. "Crater Lake National Park, which contains one of the world’s most spectacular, blue lakes, may be closed for the summer because of contaminated water that has made more than 500 persons ill. The park was closed Friday because the drinking water was contaminated by a broken sewer line.
