- Free David! Pinback

LaSalle, IL, Badge a Minit, Producer. Unbound. : no date. 2 ¼ inches in diameter. Safety pin style back. Pinback is an image of a Black man with a raised fist and the words "Free David!" No indication as to who David is. Image searches turned up nothing. The only possibility we could readily come up with was perhaps the Chicago gang leader turned community activist, David Barksdale, but this is complete conjecture on our part. Since David Barksdale died in 1974, we feel like this speculation is probably wrong, partly because the image appears to be photomechanically reproduced, with the pinback style perhaps from late 1970s, early 1980s. GOOD+ condition. Pin itself rather rusted. Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
