A long running little magazine focusing on art, literature and politics, that during the 1950s and 60s, was supported by funds from the CIA through its front, The American Committee for Cultural Freedom. This issue with the poem, "Metaphors for a Pregnant Woman," by Sylvia Plath. This work was included in the October, 1960 publication of her collection of poetry, The Colossus under the title Metaphors. Also present is poetry by W.D. Snodgrass, work by Mary McCarthy, Doris Lessing, etc. GOOD+ condition. Some browning to the covers along the extremities. Minor creasing. Some soiling to the covers. Good .

Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
