In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally very smart with some shelf wear and a slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. With some minor handling marks to the front and rear boards and some fading to the cloth to the spine. The cloth to the front board is slightly cockled. With John Brinton's bookplate tot he front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. With a light foxing affecting only the first few leaves, otherwise the pages are bright and clean.
