Books are in good condition unless stated otherwise. Minor defects are not always mentioned.

The prices are in euro’s, excluding shipment.

We accept payment by transfer to our bankaccount or by PayPal.

As a rule we will ask advance payment for international orders.

We do not ship to certain countries because of local shipment taxes!
We do ship do Germany and Austria (in Austria only to private persons). We do not ship to Spain, France, Poland and some other countries.

Return polici:
After receipt of the books you can revoke your order within 14 days.
You can return the books, stamped, within 14 days after revoking the order.
In case of return due to inadequate description we will refund the stamps.
Unstamped shipments that were not discussed with us will always be refused.

Betaling binnen 3 weken na factuurdatum, in voorkomende gevallen kunnen wij vooruitbetaling vragen.
Bij te late betaling kunnen extra kosten ontstaan.

Betaling is mogelijk door overschrijving op onze bankrekening of via PayPal, de details worden op de nota vermeld.

Bestellingen kunnen worden geweigerd voor landen waar de wetgeving inzake verpakkingsbelasting daar aanleiding toe geeft. Bestelling uit België, Duitsland en Oostenrijk (Oostenrijk alleen particulieren) kunnen gewoon worden uitgevoerd.

Retourzendingen:
Na ontvangst van Uw bestelling kunt U de bestelling binnen 14 dagen herroepen.
U kunt Uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na Uw herroeping gefrankeerd retourneren.
Bij foutieve beschrijving nemen wij de terugzendkosten op ons (door terugbetaling van de verzendkosten).
Ongefrankeerde zendingen die niet van te voren met ons zijn besproken worden altijd geweigerd.
