The booklet is in Very Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. This is an ephemeral piece of advertising by the Ritter Model R.R. Co. of Garden City, N.Y. The covers of the booklet has wear to the spine and some tearing to the edges. The front cover has an inked number which has been partially erased. There is also some ground-in finger dirt to the covers. The text pages are clean and bright. "We are pleased to present our initial catalog on H-O Gauge R. R. Equipment. We have not listed an unlimited number of items, but have concentrated on a limited collection of the more popular items, which we believe will enable us to serve you in a more efficient and satisfactory manner."
