NAPIER AND BEARS HIS HOLOGRAPH SIGNATURE ON BLANK PRELIMINARY RECTO. Henry Dundas Napier (1864-1941), served during WWI as military attache in Bulgaria (primarily at Sofia and Bucharest); his service is recorded in 'Experiences of a Military Attache in the Balkans' (1924).
